About
Jen Dill Wohlers, Founding Attorney, Golden Estate Law
I founded Golden Estate Law to provide thoughtful, empathetic, and personalized legal guidance to carry on your families legacy.
I am a Colorado native, and I was admitted to the bar in Colorado in 2010. I have practiced estate planning law for the last several years. My legal career has taken me in many directions; prosecuting cases as a Jefferson County Deputy District Attorney, representing parents and children in dependency and neglect cases, investigating financial crimes, advocating for children’s safety in the community, in addition to teaching English in Thailand, and distributing solar products to villages in Namibia; diverse experiences that shaped how I listen, understand, and show up for clients.
That breadth of experience, combined with years of estate planning and probate practice, means I bring both technical skill and genuine perspective to every client relationship.
I attended Emory University in Atlanta, and University of Colorado Law School, on a partial scholarship. I live in Golden and enjoy travel and outdoor adventures with my two kids.
I built Golden Estate Law as a solo practice intentionally. When you hire me, you work with me, start to finish. I'm based in Golden and proud to serve Jefferson County and the Denver metro area.
